Ugo Giordano

President of RINA Prime Value Services

Always engaged in the world of Real Estate, in 2018 Ugo Giordano, in collaboration with the multinational RINA Group, founded RINA Prime Value Services, of which he is currently President, as well as Member of the Board. 

Moreover, Ugo Giordano is both President and Member of the Board of Prime Green Solutions Benefit, as well as Member of the Board of IdeaRE and NPLs RE_Solutions (subsidiaries of RINA Prime Value Services).

Ugo Giordano was the reference shareholder and CEO of La Gaiana, one of the first real estate companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, and then became CEO of Gabetti Property Solutions, also listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 1990.

He has also held positions in Patrigest, Abaco Team, Tree Real Estate, Gabetti Franchising Agency, Professionecasa. and Grimaldi Franchising.

Piercarlo Rolando

CEO of RINA Prime Value Services

Piercarlo Rolando is founder, CEO and Member of the board of RINA Prime Value Services.

Moreover, Piercarlo Rolando is CEO and Member of the board of Prime Green Solutions Benefit, Member of the board of NPLs RE_Solutions (subsidiaries of RINA Prime Value Services). Rolando in 2016, he founded AxiA.RE SpA as CEO and Director, a company that is now incorporated into RINA Prime Value Services, as a Business Unit dedicated to Valuation.

From 2014 to 2016, he was Director of Strategies and Development of the "Real Estate Services" of the Prelios Group, as well as Head of the "Integrated Services" Business Unit with the role of Chief Operating Officer of the three Group companies operating in the Services: Prelios Integra, Prelios Valuation and Prelios Agency. From 1992 to 2013 for REAG, of the American Appraisal Group (now Duff & Phelps), he held positions of increasing importance, up to the appointment of Group General Manager and Managing Director. Also in REAG he was founder and CEO of REAG 4 Loans, a leading company in the assessment for banks in the credit disbursement phase.

Since 2017 Rolando is President of the Evaluation Commission of Assoimmobiliare.
