The office market, with a focus on Milan and Rome, closely followed suit, demonstrating the resilience and attractiveness of these metropolitan areas.

Highlighting the growing trend of ESG investments, which gained ground across all real estate sectors. Sustainability and social responsibility have become key factors, with ESG-certified properties attracting not only investors but also tenants.
