Genova: public buildings obtained LEED certification

Near Zero Energy Building & Class A4 Energy Performance Certificate

Nunzio Di Somma, Senior Director Technical Operation & Sustainability Technical Services, and Giulia Giagulli, PM Green Building & ESG - LEED AP - WELL AP, have presented the LEED certification for the buildings in the former Dufour area in Genoa, at the Sviluppo headquarters.

The public building located in Genoa, Cornigliano, not only became the first to receive LEED recognition but was also designed as a NearZeroEnergyBuilding (NZEB) and has been awarded an Energy Performance Certificate of class A4.
