New appointments in the BoD of NPLs RE_Solutions.
Terenzio Cugia di Sant'Orsola and Massimiliano Morana respectively assume the office of president and CEO of NPLs RE_Solutions, taking over from Ugo Giordano and Piercarlo Rolando, who will continue to be present on the board of NPLs RE_Solutions as directors, as well as as shareholders and founders of the Parent Company RINA Prime Value Services, with the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
