RINA Prime Value Services lands in the property management sector through RINA Prime Property

Digitization, innovation and sustainability: discover a new model of smart property

We are glad to announce that, after landing in the proptech sector through the recent acquisition of IdeaRE, we have acquired the business line of Enpam Real Estate dedicated to property management, giving life to a new company: RINA Prime Property. 

RINA Prime Property aimed to be a new market player, characterized by a strong know-how in the property sector and an innovative integration with ESG policies and best practices. 

Currently, the company will manage real estate assets worth 15 billion euros, 5 million square meters of space under management, more than 4,000 leases, and more than 1,300 properties under management.  

Moreover, the new Company will consist of a team of 60 people with nearly 20 years of experience gained in Enpam RE, a group coming from one of RINA Prime Value Services’ Business Units as well as new experts going through a specific selection process. 

The real estate skills of RINA Prime Value Services and Enpam RE are thus going to complement each other, strengthened also by the membership and internationality of RINA, allowing to provide the market with a new model of smart property.
