Opening the proceedings was Federcasa Director arch. Patrizio Losi, guests and interlocutors of the event were the Presidents and Directors of the 80 territorial bodies and companies affiliated with Federcasa. The occasion arose with the aim of evaluating all opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of buildings responsible for 40 percent of energy consumption, aiming at zero emissions (ZeroEmissionBuilding obligation for new buildings from 2027) and identify new formulas for the redevelopment of the entire Italian heritage."
