A wide vision of urban redevelopment

Matteo Marchese MRICS, Director Corporate Real Estate of RINA Prime Value Services, moderated the conference on Waterfront of Levante - a wide vision of Redevelopment for Genova organized by Society of Scientific Readings and Conversations.

The event was held at the society's headquarters in the impressive Eugenio Montale Hall inside the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa.
 
The occasion was useful to delve into the topic of urban redevelopment, tracing the genesis of the Genoa waterfront vision, of which the Fiera project is one of the important pieces.

Together with Matteo, speakers included Massimo Moretti, General Manager Cds Holding S.p.A., Luigi Priano, Partner Renzo Piano Building Workshop, and Mirco Grassi, former Director of the technical area of the City of Genoa.
