War in Ukraine: what forecast for real estate investments? 
We discuss this on Idealista Italia with our CEO, Piercarlo Rolando. 

On the real estate market the consequences of what is happening will be less than in many other sectors that are likely to go through an immediate crisis period, such as the energy sector but also food or tourism.

While sanctions are a tool to ensure respect for democracy and freedom on the other hand they will have on some countries that have activated them heavy economic repercussions triggering an economic crisis and a significant reduction in GDP.

Real estate, on the other hand, responds to market logic that is based on medium to long cycles, so it is difficult to see a repercussion in the short term.
