RINA Prime Value Services acquires the majority of Idea Real Estate S.p.A.
The acquisition is aimed at the entry of RINA Prime Value Services into the world of "Proptech", in order to promote the integrated and digital management of asset, property and facility management services in the real estate sector.
IdeaRE is active in the sector relating to the development and integration of management software at the service of asset, property & facility and real estate agency activities. In this sector, it operates mainly by creating application software for the integrated management of real estate assets.
Thanks to this acquisition, RINA Prime Value Services fully enters the "Proptech" world, promoting the integrated and digital management of asset, property and facility management services. Furthermore, the transaction, in the broader RINA context, enables further opportunities for value creation, in synergy, for example, with the Group's certification services.
