We can evaluate the sustainability performance of a real estate fund
After creating a new team dedicated to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) due diligence, supporting professional investors in pursuing their objectives according to ESG standards, RINA Prime Value Services has become a partner of GRESB.
Through the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), it is possible to evaluate the sustainability performance of a real estate fund. Currently, very few Italian companies can boast of being a GRESB partner, an institution committed to evaluating the sustainability performance of assets distributed all over the world, including public, private or direct real estate portfolios.
