Barbara Bolognesi is the new head of the business unit dedicated to Loan Services of RINA Prime Value Services.

Barbara has twenty years of experience in the valuation sector and has handled valuations for major credit institutions during the lending phase, valuations of real estate portfolios, real estate funds and infrastructure.
In AxiA.RE she has been a senior project manager in the banking valuations sector since 2016 and, in 2019, she became head of corporate and leasing valuations at RINA Prime Value Services.

Today she coordinates a group of resources engaged in the retail, corporate and high corporate sectors. The business unit managed by Barbara also deals with certifications of real estate appraisers (UNI 11558).
