Services for public administrations, institutions, private clients and Third Sector entities for energy transition and asset refurbishment, through EPC models and integrated management.
The ESCo - EPC Contractor service enables the integrated management of energy transition and real estate refurbishment projects, taking overall responsibility for design and implementation. It operates across the full asset life cycle, from analysis and planning through to operational management, also supporting clients in financial management. The service is aimed at the Real Estate sector, with particular focus on small and medium-sized industrial companies, tertiary-sector assets, condominiums in both the public and private sectors, and Third Sector entities. It provides certainty over costs, timing and energy performance through a structured model and consolidated operating standards.
Energy efficiency
Energy retrofit interventions to reduce consumption and operating costs, aligning assets with the main European directives while increasing their value and management efficiency.
Renewable energies
Development and implementation of renewable energy plants, from design through to commissioning, with a focus on yield and economic sustainability.
Real estate refurbishment
Architectural, structural and functional interventions to improve safety, extend the life cycle of buildings and enhance their potential.
ESCo EPC Contractor
Integrated turnkey management of interventions, with guarantees over timing, costs and energy performance over time.
Energy Management
Technical, managerial and economic post-intervention services designed to continuously monitor, optimise and reduce building energy consumption, ensuring cost control, regulatory compliance and improved energy and environmental performance.
The operating model is based on a turnkey approach with integrated responsibility across all project phases. From defining the strategic framework to design, implementation and operational management, each phase is supervised through structured processes and the coordination of qualified operators and partners. The integration of technical, financial and operational dimensions enables the development of feasible interventions that are sustainable over time, ensuring continuous control over costs, timing, quality and energy performance.
The ESCo EPC Contractor model is based on an energy performance contract in which efficiency measures are delivered on a turnkey basis by the ESCo, which in some cases may also provide financing, and are remunerated according to the energy savings actually achieved and measured over time. This approach makes it possible to integrate the different operational phases and guarantee measurable energy performance results, ensuring consistency between project objectives and execution.
The service is aimed at public administrations, Third Sector entities and private clients seeking to launch energy transition or real estate refurbishment projects. It is particularly suited to complex contexts requiring unified coordination of technical, authorisation and financial activities.
The service covers all stages of the asset life cycle, from initial assessment and project definition through to implementation and operational management. This ensures continuity, control and optimisation of performance over time.
Through an integrated-responsibility model and the coordination of qualified operators and suppliers, timing, costs, quality and safety are monitored throughout the process. Structured processes and continuous controls make it possible to maintain alignment with the objectives defined during the design phase.
Renewable energy sources are a core component of the interventions and are integrated into projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce consumption. Their implementation is supported by design, construction and performance monitoring activities.
The service includes management of authorisation procedures and support in accessing incentive schemes and subsidised finance instruments, including management of the Conto Termico. This makes it possible to align interventions with the applicable regulatory framework and improve their economic sustainability.
