Project Monitoring

The Project Monitoring service applies in the context of bank financing and consists of critically examining all components of a Project in order to identify Risks and Threats that may hinder its completion.

It is provided to Developers, Asset Management Companies / Funds, Insurance Companies, Foundations, Crowdfunding Companies and SICAFs, and in the interest of the financing Banks. It enables the Project to be monitored in order to protect the interests of Banks and Borrowers and facilitate corrective actions.

It is performed at the time the financing agreement is signed and during the construction phase until completion of the works.
