At MIPIM 2025 in Cannes, innovation in real estate management took center stage as cities, public authorities and technology providers came together to explore the future of property governance.
During the "Proptech & Digital Innovation" panel hosted by Roma Capitale, RINA Prime and its tech company IdeaRE shared how Artificial Intelligence is already reshaping the way public administrations manage, monitor and enhance their real estate assets.
The solutions presented integrate cutting-edge technologies, including:
- AI-driven decision-making for strategic and predictive planning
- Data-powered asset management across the full lifecycle of public buildings
- Spatial computing and augmented reality for smarter inspections and maintenance
- AI agents to automate complex workflows and document processing
These are not just future concepts—they are already powering real-world applications. Projects like Atlante, the digital platform developed for Roma Capitale, have mapped and digitized over 100,000 public properties, enabling transparent, efficient and accessible asset oversight.
And with MyERP, tenants of public housing now have seamless access to essential services—contracts, payments, maintenance requests and official communications—all via a secure and user-friendly app designed to simplify citizen interaction.
As Vlad Alazaroei, Head of AI Innovation at RINA Prime, emphasized:
“This is not just about process optimization. It’s about reimagining the entire relationship between public assets, citizens and data.”
AI is opening the door to a more transparent, responsive and sustainable approach to public real estate management—one that anticipates needs and empowers informed decision-making.
