A lesson dedicated to the impact of ESG principals on real estate value

We contributed to the MaREF Master at the Luiss Business School with a lesson regarding real estate development, bringing the case study of an important management asset of the capital.

The lesson, conducted by Daniela di Perna, Raffaele Sannino, MRICS Registered Valuer and Anna Laura Garau of the AxiA.RE Business Unit of RINA Prime Value Services, also addressed the issues of valorization according to ESG principles and the related impact on real estate value.

This experience gave students a practical perspective on real estate valuations, reinforcing our commitment to educating future practitioners in the industry.
