The Value Proposition of integrated real estate services

From the Fourth Industrial Revolution to sustainability, ESG, EPBD directive and new regulations on urban regeneration in a market context characterized by the aging of the building stock and environmental challenges, with climate changes and increasingly frequent catastrophic events, these were the premises of the speech by Nunzio Di Somma within the panel "The Value Proposition of integrated real estate services" of the "Progetti d'Italia + Camelot" event of il Quotidiano Immobiliare - Daily Real Estate.

Tools for overcoming challenges include predictive maintenance, digital technologies (BIM, Digital Twin, IoT), REMS (Real Estate Management System), Proptech, Big Data and AI Green Code.

The importance of an integrated and multidisciplinary approach is increasingly crucial to respond to the growing demand for new real estate services. Upskilling and reskilling of the workforce will be crucial to improving the efficiency and quality of services, thus increasing the competitiveness of companies.
