Today the property must be managed with an integrated vision of the supply chain, guaranteeing asset integrity in all respects, not only in terms of management efficiency and compliance, but increasingly from a perspective of sustainability understood as resilience, reduction of environmental impact during management and construction, and value conservation strategies over time. These valorization processes must have a single direction that manages all the dynamics in an integrated way. It is a supply chain job that sees the entire real estate community involved.
