The attention of professional investors with respect to ESG compliant investments is constantly growing, as evidenced by the sentiment of Real Estate operators and by the good returns in terms of net return found through the MSCI EMU Climate Action Index. These elements, combined with the growth of metrics aimed at certification, have diminished the reluctance of institutional investors who are more distrustful and with a low propensity for risk, who have always been interested in Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) but frightened by the danger of greenwashing.
