The event organized by RINA Prime Value Services, IdeaRE and Federcasa entitled "Enhancement of public residential assets thanks to digital real estate" was held last 10 may in Rome, moderated by Beppe Ghisolfi, Economic Journalist and Banker, and director of the 'World Savings Banks Institute (WSBI).
There are many ambitions of the PNRR that involve the real estate world and digitization is the tool that allows you to make the most of opportunities and investments.
Digitalisation, urban regeneration, energy conversion and modernization of the healthcare building stock are the main priorities.
The PNRR focuses attention on the issues of digitalisation, innovation and competitiveness: technological challenges are inevitable for innovating real estate, and there are many growth prospects in the PropTech sector. It is also essential to tackle the energy requalification of the Italian real estate assets, also in the light of the new EU regulations.
The event involved the Honorable Paola De Micheli of the Democratic Party, the Honorable Marco Osnato, President of the Finance Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. Also present were Senator Dario Damiani, Andrea Tobia Zevi councilor for the heritage of Roma Capitale, Marco Buttieri, member of the Federcasa council and vice president of ATC Piemonte Sud, Guido Boarelli General Manager Casa ATC services.
The works were opened by Riccardo Novacco and Patrizio Losi, respectively president and director of Federcasa, together with Piercarlo Rolando, CEO of RINA Prime Value Services.
Eliminating islands and sharing best practices through technology: this is the common message of Paolo Vari, CEO of Ideare, and the general manager of Casa ATC Servizi, Guido Boarelli. Even the councilor of Rome Capital, Andrea Tobia Zevi, in the presentation of the Atlante project underlined the importance of technology in the management process as a unifying element for all the actors involved.
